Today:A low-pressure system and upper trough over Northern Saskatchewan will bring cloudy to partly cloudy skies to Northern Saskatchewan and a risk of thundershowers to NES and East-Central Saskatchewan. Another low-pressure system south of the province will bring isolated showers along the southern border. A surface ridge will keep much of central and Southern Saskatchewan sunny.
Tonight:An upper low and surface trough in Northern Saskatchewan/Manitoba will continue to bring cloudy skies and rain shower for much of the North, and parts of East-Central Saskatchewan. A surface ridge running through Central Saskatchewan will bring mostly cleat skies over night for the region. A second surface trough North of the province will bring cloudy skies and isolated rain showers for Southern Saskatchewan.

Outlook for Wednesday:An upper trough will continue to bring cloudy skies and light rain showers to Northern Saskatchewan. The upper trough may cause enough instability to generate thundershowers in Central Saskatchewan. A short-wave trough over southern Saskatchewan will bring partly cloudy skies and rain showers to the grassland region.
